The company’s management skills provide a strong backbone to effectively undertake any construction project. The key personnel have a broad range of experience of management systems and processes which are employed to successfully complete projects in a timely, efficient and safe manner.

Personnel Management Skills:

Managing Director – Warwick Rhodes

Warwick has 42 years of civil engineering construction experience and is the Managing Director of Warwick Rhodes Contractors Limited. His 30 years as a business owner brings a broad range of management skills to the company. Warwick is proficient in all project management areas.

General Manager – Brendon Henry

NZCE Civil
Brendon has 36 years experience in Contract Management developing and managing Roading, Water, Sewer and Stormwater Construction Projects. He has considerable experience in Client liaison with Consultants, Engineers and Surveyors to co-ordinate projects.

Office Manager – Michelle Jackson

Michelle joined the company in June 2014.  She has a strong background of over 20 years experience, in mainly, sole charge account and administrative roles.  At Rhodes for Roads, she is responsible for the day to day running of the office.  Her duties include general administration, detailed job costings, accounts payable/ receivable, payroll and monthly financial reporting.

Communication between the office and field staff is paramount.  This ensures relevant correspondence for all work carried out, is completed daily and processed immediately.  This enables job costings to be kept accurate and within budget.

Contract Supervisor – Phil Mason

Phil has been the company’s foreman for 25 years and is efficient at managing contracts of any size. His onsite experience complements the other Management Teams skills to ensure that each project meets the criteria, specifications and budget. Phil is familiar with all aspects of construction practice and safety management. He is responsible for
