Warwick Rhodes – Managing Director
Warwick is Managing Director of Warwick Rhodes Contractors Limited and has been involved in civil construction and project management since 1975. He has over 42 year’s practical experience in all aspects of civil engineering construction, especially basecourse construction. Warwick’s experience as grader operator, through to foreman, project manager and company owner ensures that he has the technical expertise to achieve a quality output.
Warwick is responsible for communication with the Engineer and client, tender and claims preparation, construction planning, resource management, quality assurance and onsite guidance and technical advice
Brendon Henry – General Manager
Brendon has 36 years experience in the civil construction industry. He has particular expertise in roading, water, sewer and stormwater construction projects with the majority of the work being undertaken in the Greater Auckland area. As such, Brendon is well aware of Council conditions and critical time frames. His qualifications include NZCE (Civil), Drainlayers Ticket, Safety Supervisors Ticket, Senior Supervisors Ticket, NZS 3910 course, with extensive project experience relevant to Services Maintenance Contracts and major roading construction contracts.
Phil Mason – Construction Supervisor / Operator
Phil has worked for the company for 25 years and has over 35 years of diverse experience in the construction industry. He has vast experience in all facets of earthworks and road construction including stabilisation, basecourse preparation and drainage.
Phil is responsible for communication with the Engineers representative, site safety, implementation of contract specifications and daily management.
